Back in Van

Hey y'all.

I'm back in Vancouver now after a nice, busy trip home. During my time home I went to see Neil Young perform live at the Fox Theatre in Detroit. I would definitely include it in my top 5 concerts of all time, and possibly go as far as saying top 3. Possibly.

Another highlight from my trip was having to check my toothpaste that I had planned on bringing on the plane with me to, oddly enough, brush my teeth.

It's good to be back in Vancouver, though, despite the rain. Plus I need to get back to work so that I can afford to live.

Zzzz...

I have one more day of work (tomorrow) and I have already logged nearly fifty hours this week. With tomorrow's hours I will definitely be pushing towards the sixty hour mark. This has two huge run-off effects: First and foremost, I will have an excellent paycheque. This is good because I am taking a week off to go home and visit my family and see Neil Young live and in charge in Detroit Rock City. The second effect is that it is making me extremely tired. Today I purchased a medium cinammon dolce latte with an extra shot of espresso from Starbucks. I never go to Satanbucks if I can avoid it, but I was so tired I had to cave in.

One more weekend of hell and it's vacation time.
